Elkington and Fife LLP works closely with a number of favoured attorneys around the world both in terms of prosecuting UK and European applications and post-grant proceedings, and securing services for the prosecution of our own clients’ applications in other countries. When taking instructions from foreign attorneys, we aim to turn around short queries on the same or next day and to report official communications within strict targets which we have set ourselves.
