Carol Nyahasha

Carol is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and has over 20 years of experience in the IP profession, gained both in-house (in the US) and in private practice. 

Carol has represented clients in contentious and non-contentious matters before the UK IPO and regularly works with clients in relation to global brand protection issues including design protection, trade mark selection, clearance and prosecution, enforcement and exploitation of IP rights.  Carol’s experience spans a wide range of businesses: start-ups, SMEs and large corporations across a variety of sectors including entertainment and hospitality, financial services, FMCGs and the wine industry. 

Carol sits on the council of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.  She is an active supporter of IP Inclusive, and serves as Project Lead and mentor for the Careers in Ideas Mentoring Scheme (created for people wanting to enter the IP profession).   She also sits on the IP Inclusive Advisory Board.
