David Yeomans
Associate

David is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, qualifying in 2015.  He was awarded a BA in Modern History from the University of East Anglia in 2007 and an MA in Marketing from Kingston University in 2009.

His responsibilities include the prosecution of trade marks, trade mark audits, conducting clearance searches and handling contentious matters such as trade mark opposition proceedings, infringement matters, revocation and invalidity actions. David is also experienced in domain name disputes and other online enforcement issues including social media, online marketplace and registrar take down actions.

David has represented clients large and small across a very broad range of sectors, including famous British brands in the clothing and entertainment sectors.

David joined Elkington + Fife as an Associate Trade Mark Attorney in January 2026.
