Kitty studied Chemistry at the University of Bristol (MSci, 2022), before completing a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Oxford, as part of the OxICFM CDT.

During her undergraduate studies, her final year research project looked at novel selectivity in palladium catalysed C-H bond activation of heteroaromatic molecules. Over the course of her PhD, Kitty looked to investigate the reductive fixation of CO₂ for the N-methylation of secondary amines using iridium catalysis, supervised by Prof. Darren Dixon.

Kitty joined E+F as a Technical Assistant in September 2026.
