The Triple Bonus Mark is out of luck at the EU General Court

Our head of trade marks, Chris Mc Leod, has looked into the decision by the General Court of the EU to uphold the decision of OHIM to refuse registration of the stylised mark Triple Bonus on absolute grounds.
