One of the world's largest electronics companies (1)

As a result of the years they spent working in this client’s IP department, our partners Rob and Nick are recognised internally as possessing “peerless” drafting expertise.

Over the last few years this reputation has led to the client entrusting us with more work and, crucially, with more important work.

We were chosen to provide overflow capacity for a number of strategically critical projects for the client’s medical devices and lighting teams.  Somewhat gratifyingly our selection was made from a pool that included of some of Europe’s largest patent firms.

Our selection hinged on the fact our client acknowledged we have established ourselves as the provider of choice for inventions that involve a specific new ultrasound imaging technology and for many types of new lighting applications including all types of LED lighting, lighting control using wearable smart devices and large area lighting such as arena lighting, due to our ability to quickly familiarise ourselves with new technologies.

In a recent peer review, our client provided the feedback that “the quality of your service is judged to be very good. Your firm has excellent contacts with both the inventors and our IP department, and your prices are considered to be among the best prices offered in the market. Deliverables have been received according to the agreed delivery date and in many cases much earlier. Any urgent requests have been handled excellently”.

We know that firms all over the world fight hard for work from clients with this level of profile.  However to us the real success of this relationship is that the client feels so reassured by our expertise and service that they now give us responsibility for well over 100 filings each year within some of their businesses’ highest value areas.
